Challenge
When a spiritual awakening happens and people are looking for answers or a place of spiritual refuge, what will they find on our site?

In this project, my team and I take on the challenge of providing users with personalized content that speaks to any season in their spiritual growth.
Objective
Create an enticing and simple onboarding process for new users providing a personalized pathway for spiritual growth

Problem
We saw that there were many people in different stages of their spiritual growth and there was no "one size fits all" solution to guide people through their walk. Despite having the Bible to guide them, going to church, and having the internet at their hands, people still have questions that needed to be answered throughout their journey.
Solution
To tackle this, we created a web and phone application to help navigate their religious journey, answer any questions they may have, and connect them to other like-minded people.
User Research
My user research consisted of qualitative methods by speaking directly to users in focus groups and face-to-face interviews.

Initially, I wanted to get to know a little bit about them, if they use the Times Square Church website or not, and if so, what do they use it for.

From the results, I realized that they were not only looking to grow in their spiritual walk but also connect with others like themselves and get their questions answered.

Persona
Jonah is in his senior year of college and recently accepted Christ in his life. He is looking for a new church to belong to and to get his questions answered.
